2. Engagement

  • Confirmation of Purchasing Power (e.g. pre-approval or cash funds)

3. Buying Brief

In a detailed 45 Min. session, we establish your:

  • Maximum purchase price
  • Investment strategy
  • Preferred suburbs
  • Property-specific criteria
  • Red flags to avoid

All of this is documented in your personalized Client Record.

4. Shortlisting

We shortlist suitable properties aligned with your Buying Brief. For each option, we estimate:

You receive detailed insights including inspection photos, flood zone reports (if applicable), and comparable market analysis report.

5. Purchase Analysis

We analyse the financial performance of potential properties by stress-testing rental income, interest rates, and cash flow forecasts. We also break down assets and liabilities, equity position, and revenue and expenses. All analysis is included in your Client Workbook.

6. Building & Pest Inspection

We arrange the building and pest inspections. If issues arise, we negotiate appropriate discounts or remedies on your behalf based on the inspection reports.

7. Negotiations

8. Completion (Pre-Settlement)

9. Management

If needed, we connect you with trusted local property managers to advertise your rental, select qualified tenants, and oversee property management.
